Thank you for making the decision to use Sensible Realty’s Flat Fee Multiple Listing Service. Our goal is to make the process of getting your home listed in your local MLS as easy as possible. All of the forms that you will need to fill out can be accessed directly on our website.
Listing Agreement
You’ll need to fill out an Exclusive Authorization & Right to List / Sell (both pages), the Texas Minimum Service Compliance Agreement (MSCA), and the MLS Profile sheet for your area/property type (e.g. Dallas Residential, etc.). Simply click on the link and you can choose to fill the forms out online or you can choose to download the form and fax it to us.
We need to have all forms completed in order to remain in compliance with State law, State licensing statutes, and local Boards of REALTORS® and Multiple Listing Service rules and regulations.
