Thank you for making the decision to use Sensible Realty’s Flat Fee Multiple Listing Service. Our goal is to make the process of getting your home listed in your local MLS as easy as possible. All of the forms that you will need to fill out can be accessed directly on our website.
You’ll need to fill out an Exclusive Authorization & Right to List / Sell (both pages), the Texas Minimum Service Compliance Agreement (MSCA), and the MLS Profile sheet for your area/property type (e.g. Dallas Residential, etc.).
We need to have all forms completed in order to remain in compliance with State law, State licensing statutes, and local Boards of REALTORS® and Multiple Listing Service rules and regulations.
Fill out the Exclusive Authorization & Right to List / Sell (Pages 1 & 2)
Also, fill out the Texas Minimum Service Compliance Agreement (MSCA) on page 3. Either click on the link and print or right click on the link and “Save link as” to a location on your computer.
Listing Agreement
After registering with the site (Create a new account) and logging in, you’ll need to fill out the MLS Profile sheet for your area/property type (e.g. Dallas Residential, etc.) Simply go to the top menu and select Client Area–>Step-by-Step Instructions–>1.) Forms–>Texas–>Your Area

Upload your photos of your property. You’ll need to be logged into the site to do this. Go to the top menu and select Client Area–>Step-by-Step Instructions–>2.) Upload Photos
Important: Rename each picture with the street number and description, i.e. 9508_MasterBedroom. You can also zip all of your files up into a single .zip file and upload.
